Let Noble Furniture Services help create your custom cushions and pillows.

We can make custom seat cushions for banquettes, chairs, or sofas. Noble Furniture Services can create decorative cushions and pillows in many shapes, colors, and patterns with unlimited fabric options. 

Step 1

We cut the plywood to the specified size then add foam. Most ped cushions are 1.5" thick.

Step 2

We then cut the specified fabric to cover the top, sides, and a portion of the bottom not wanting to waste too much fabric.

Step 3

After the fabric has been stapled to the underside we then apply 2 strips of Velcro.

Step 4

The end result is a tight and firm cushion. Fabric used in these images was HBF Chenile Striae Dark Iris.

This is how we make pedestal cushions.
